Ole Dahlgren came to the district in 1911 or '12 and lived on the N.E. 24-57-5. His wife was Katrina Sorenson, a sister to Louie, and they had no children. Ole was a good carpenter and did quite a lot of work in the community for others. He helped build Chris Nelson's big barn and many other buildings around too. In later years he moved over to Archie Allens place and lived in a small house there. Mrs. Dahlgren passed away quite a few years before Ole so he lived alone for many years.
